Comments:

I was not really looking for a Centipede cabaret, but this one was going so cheap at the local Super Auction, that I could not pass it up.  I bought this thing in dead row, and ended up actually finding a dead mouse carcass in it.  How fitting!

I installed a working monitor I had laying around, and learned that the machine was close to working.  I am still having some trackball issues, which are related to the PCB.

Upgrades & Repairs:

-located cardboard and glass bezel

-need to fix PCB

-needs trackball rebuild kit
