I can actually vividly remember the first time I saw a 720 machine.  I was at Raging Waters in San Jose, and remember spending a good portion of my day in the Arcade that day.  I was so pumped on skating at the time.  Search for Animal Chin had recently been released, and Powell Peralta had actually built a HUGE halfpipe at the Raging Waters location.  I remember watching Cab and Hawk tear it up one day while I was waiting in line for my favorite slide (Blue Thunder).  Those were the days!

Upgrades & Repairs:

-NOS joystick handle

-NOS roller and pivot ball for joystick

-New leafswitches and buttons

Still Needed:

-replace vinyl front

-paint coindoor

-return to games

One day while playing 720 and trying to drink a beer at the same time, I noticed that the unique cabinet shape lent itself to having a cup holder installed on the wall.  I found this one at some RV online retail place, and it has worked out great.

Here is a picture of the control panel with the rebuilt joystick and new leafswitch button setup.  This thing is playing great now.
